I replied to this initially back on Thursday (11/28/2024) asking if you could email me personally, as we were closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday, but I haven't heard anything back. Today, as we got back into the office I tried to access your file to see what the issue was to try and assist, but unfortunately I'm unable to pull anything up in your name. I'm not seeing an account with either our Bad Axe or Croswell offices. Is this for something under a different name? Is it something you're waiting on from one of our locations - or perhaps another State Farm? I want to help you, but could you contact our office so we can gather more information? Hope we can help you to resolve the issue. "

"Highly recommend the services at Kevin Rice State Farm for their excellent customer service. Long story short; I drive locally and very minimally. I do not make claims on my insurance if I can possibly avoid it. This includes behavior like just driving defensivly. I keep the minimum coverage and roadside because of the age of my vehicle (134k). Recently, I took a trip to see my father all the way to Midland and "broke down" just outside of Auburn. Recently, I had a fuel pump replaced at a mechanics shop locally . Cost 700 + $ !! (That came out of my pocket) Not working properly, needless to say. Would have cost me hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to tow it back to home turf. Kevin wasn't having any of it. Working with his team, I agreed to take it right back to the mechanics shop where the original problem was supposed to be repaired. I was towed back to the shop where I had to arrange other transportation and paid out a few hundred bucks out of my pocket for the tow around 4 pm. I collected my paperwork from the tow driver and went home. I arrived at the Kevin Rices office at 920 a.m. the next day, with my paperwork and had my reimbursement check at 930 a.m. Wow.!. I feel like with insurance, there has to be a reasonability and solid guidelines that are followed by both parties. There are always gray areas to be considered, and this is one instance where I felt they went beyond the normal call of duty that even I would expect based on previous experiences dealing with insurance companies. Thank you for being there, Kevin Rice and the entire StateFarm Team. DUSTIN CRAVEN Loyal Customer"
